Insurance Company’s Right to Approve. Insurance Company shall have the right to review and approve or disapprove all sales and advertising material to be used for the Plans. Each party reserves the right to require modification of any such material to comply with applicable laws, rules, and regulations and agrees to provide timely responses regarding material submitted to it by the other party.
