Insurance/Bonding25. a. Pursuant to U.C.A. § 63G-7-604(4) and Rule 37-4, U.A.C, the Charter School Governing Board shall obtain and maintain insurance through the Utah State Division of Risk Management or other suitable insurance carrier (with a general policy holder rating of not less that A and a financial rating of AAA as rated in the most current available “Best Guide” Insurance Report) coverage to insure against all claims up to and including the limitation of judgements established by statute and rule.
