Common use of Instruments of Holders Clause in Contracts

Instruments of Holders. Any writing, including without limitation, any consent, request, direction, approval, objection or other instrument or document, required under this Trust Agreement to be executed by any Holder may be in any number of concurrent writings of similar tenor and may be executed by that Xxxxxx in person or by an agent or attorney appointed in writing. Proof of (i) the execution of any writing, including without limitation, any consent, request, direction, approval, objection or other instrument or document, (ii) the execution of any writing appointing any agent or attorney, and (iii) the ownership of Bonds, shall be sufficient for any of the purposes of this Trust Agreement, if made in the following manner, and if so made, shall be conclusive in favor of the Trustee with regard to any action taken thereunder, namely:

Instruments of Holders.
