Instructor Trainers Clause Samples
The 'Instructor Trainers' clause defines the qualifications, roles, and responsibilities of individuals authorized to train and certify instructors within an organization or program. Typically, this clause outlines the criteria required to become an instructor trainer, such as specific certifications, experience levels, or completion of designated training programs. It may also specify the scope of authority these trainers have, such as conducting instructor-level courses or assessments. The core function of this clause is to ensure that only suitably qualified individuals are entrusted with the important task of preparing new instructors, thereby maintaining the quality and consistency of instruction.
Instructor Trainers. Instructor Trainers are individuals certified to teach Red Cross instructor courses which certify new instructors. Similar to instructor requirements, in order for an instructor trainer (IT) to be able to teach instructor courses, the IT must: ▪ Successfully complete an instructor trainer course in each of the courses you wish to teach. ▪ Be affiliated with a Training Provider’s RCLC account—whether as an employee, volunteer, or independent contractor—with an active LTP Agreement with the Red Cross ▪ Agree to the Instructor Trainer Agreement.
