Common use of Instructions by Representative Clause in Contracts

Instructions by Representative. Broker and Agency shall be solely ------------------------------- responsible for the accuracy and propriety of any (i) instruction given to Principal Underwriter by a Representative on behalf of an owner or prospective owner of a Contract, or (ii) action taken by a Representative on behalf of an owner or prospective owner of a Contract. Principal Underwriter shall have no responsibility or liability for any action taken or omitted by it in reliance on or by acceptance of such an instruction or action.
