Common use of Instructional Framework Clause in Contracts

Instructional Framework. The parties have agreed to the evidence-based instructional framework developed by Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx. (Appendix Q) All classroom teachers will be assessed using the Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx 2014 Framework for Teaching evaluation rubric.
