Common use of Instructional Framework Clause in Contracts

Instructional Framework. 1. The parties have agreed to the adopted evidence-based instructional framework developed by CEL 5D+ and approved by OSPI. The instructional framework is included in Appendix 8. Nothing in the instructional framework will be binding on either party if it is contrary to the terms and conditions described in this agreement. 2.
