Instruction Services Sample Clauses
The Instruction Services clause defines the scope and terms under which instructional or training services are provided by one party to another. It typically outlines the types of instruction covered, such as in-person workshops, online courses, or customized training sessions, and may specify requirements for scheduling, materials, and instructor qualifications. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of the expectations and deliverables related to instructional services, thereby minimizing misunderstandings and setting a framework for performance and accountability.
