Grand Total Cost To Student: $ . *** This agreement must show an itemized account of any and all services rendered. In order to cancel a lesson and reschedule that lesson, 24 hour advanced notice is required or the student may be charged for that lesson. Cancellation must be made at the phone number for the school listed above. Appointments must be mutually agreed upon for date, time, and location. The numbers of minutes per lesson specified shall be the actual number of minutes of instruction provided to the student. The vehicle to be used for instruction has automatic transmission, and shall be equipped with at minimum, a brake for both the instructor and student. No other fees will be charged other than those specified above. This constitutes the entire agreement between the school and the student and no verbal statements or promises will be recognized. The student may rescind this agreement within 72 hours of the first lesson and upon such rescission shall receive a refund for any lessons or service not conducted or provided. Instruction Services. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, and for the term of this Agreement, Representative shall perform the services described and specified on Schedule 1 of this Agreement for a Principal as directed in writing by the relevant Principal.
Instruction Services. Effective [DATE] the Organization shall retain the Instructor and the Instructor shall provide the Organization with services (“Instruction Services”), which shall include, without limitation: • Delivering 40 hours of customized, in-class/virtual instruction, adhering to course frameworks and/or WEI curriculum (if applicable) • Setting up in person or virtual classroom, equipment and all tools, including computer labs (if applicable) • Submitting program outlines and content as requested by the WEI Project Team (includes the WEI Coordinator) • Conducting individual participant needs assessments prior to beginning the WEI training • Conducting ongoing evaluations of participants’ progress, attendance, and satisfaction with the training and reporting findings to the WEI Training Project Team • Submitting participant attendance records to the Organization upon a schedule directed by the WEI Project Team • Attending WEI Project Team meetings as requested • Attending a worksite tour if requested by the WEI Project Team • Attending and assisting the WEI Project Team to organize a closing celebration • Requesting certificates of training completion from the Province of Nova Scotia, Department of Labour, Skills and Immigration, a minimum of three weeks prior to the end of training, and distributing certificates to participants if requested by Organization • Facilitating the completion of participant evaluations on or before the last day of class • Notifying WEI Training Team representatives (including the WEI Coordinator) of any class cancellations and of the plan to make up the cancelled classesAdditional activities as requested by the Organization (collecting participant data, signing confidentiality agreements, etc.)

  • Consultation Services The company hereby employs the consultant to perform the following services in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement: The consultant will consult with the officers and employees of the company concerning matters relating to the management and organization of the company, their financial policies, the terms and conditions of employment, and generally any matter arising out of the business affairs of the company.

  • Information Services The Custodian may rely upon information received from issuers of Securities or agents of such issuers, information received from Subcustodians or depositories, information from data reporting services that provide detail on corporate actions and other securities information, and other commercially reasonable industry sources; and, provided the Custodian has acted in accordance with the standard of care set forth in Section 6 (a), the Custodian shall have no liability as a result of relying upon such information sources, including but not limited to errors in any such information.

  • Implementation Services The Company and the Client have developed a plan for implementing the services to be provided hereunder, including with respect to the transition of responsibility for such services from the Client and its current administrator to the Company, which plan attached hereto as Schedule I (the “Implementation Plan”). The Company shall perform the services required to complete the Implementation Plan, as set forth therein (the “Implementation Services”). The Company and the Client shall comply with any applicable requirements agreed in the Implementation Plan.

  • Installation Services 3.1 The Bitstream 2a Service includes a Standard Install as set out below (in each case to the extent that the relevant provisioning works are not already complete for the relevant Service Order).1

If we deny your request for preauthorization, or you disagree with our determination for the appropriate site of care, you can submit a medical appeal.   • Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition.
