Institutional Strengthening and Capacity Building. (a) Strengthening and capacity building of the Project Implementing Entity, including through: (i) reinforcing its administrative and management skills to set up an overall performance evaluation system; (ii) strengthening its communication and practices for sharing information, knowledge and experience, implementing its communication’s strategy and reinforcing its information technology; (iii) updating and implementing its capacity building program; and
