The "Institutional Procedures" clause defines the requirement for parties to follow the established rules and processes of a designated institution, such as an arbitration center or regulatory body, when resolving disputes or conducting certain activities under the agreement. Institutional Procedures. Any faculty grievance hereunder shall be governed by the General Grievance Procedure except that the first step shall begin with “Step 2” by filing the written statement with the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Vice President for Academic Affairs. The written statement (described in “Step 1”) must be filed within ten (10) class days from the date on which the faculty member knew or should have known through due diligence of the act grieved.
