Institution. The Institution understands and agrees that, to the extent applicable under the provisions of Government Rules, it may be subject to examination by regulatory entities for the Services provided in connection with this Agreement. In addition, the Institution shall comply with all applicable requirements of Government Rules by taking appropriate measures to ensure the security, confidentiality, availability and integrity of all Institution Data and Confidential Information and to protect against unauthorized access to or use of such information.
