Institution of Legal Actions. The Parties shall be entitled to seek any remedy available at law and in equity for the other Party’s Default. All legal actions must be instituted in the Superior Court of the County of Orange, State of California, in an appropriate municipal court in Orange County, or in the United States District Court for District of California in which Orange County is located.
