Instalment Notes Sample Clauses

Instalment Notes each Instalment Note will be partially redeemed on each Instalment Date at the specified Instalment Amount and its outstanding principal amount and Interest Calculation Amount will be reduced by such Instalment Amount (or, if such Instalment Amount is calculated by reference to a proportion of the principal amount of such Note, such proportion) with effect from the related Instalment Date provided that if payment of the Instalment Amount is improperly withheld or refused, such Instalment Amount will remain outstanding until the related Relevant Date.
