Installment Due Dates. All subsequent Installment Payments are due by the 15th of each month starting with Installment 6 #1 due on January August 15, 20212020. The last payment, Installment #9 is due on April 15,, 2021. All installment payments must be RECEIVED by the due date specified. After the 15th calendar day of the month, a $20 Late Payment Fee will be charged to the Licensee’s account for each late installment. Payment amounts are indicated on the Fee Payment Schedule.
