Installation Space Sample Clauses

Installation Space. 7.1 The client shall hand over the installation space – interpreters training laboratory premises - to the contractor within no later than seven calendar days following the execution of the Contract. 7.2 The contractor shall be obliged during the performance of the subject of the work to duly care for the installation space to prevent any damages to life, health or property of third parties. 7.3 Any and all necessary permits for the use of public areas, if necessary, shall be obtained by the contractor, which shall also bear the costs incurred in connection therewith. Such costs shall constitute a part of the agreed price of the work.
