UNION REPRESENTATION 3.01 For the purpose of representation with the Employer, the Union shall function and be recognized as follows:
Association Representation 6.01 The Association may appoint or otherwise select a bargaining committee. Such committee shall represent the Association in all negotiations with the representatives of the Board in the settlement of a collective agreement.
Right to Union Representation A. An employee shall have the right to Union representation if requested by the employee, only as provided below. There will be no exceptions to this rule.
Basic Representations Section 3(a) of the Agreement is hereby amended by the deletion of “and” at the end of Section 3(a)(iv); the substitution of a semicolon for the period at the end of Section 3(a)(v) and the addition of Sections 3(a)(vi), as follows:
Construction Representatives Landlord hereby appoints the following person(s) as Landlord's representative ("LANDLORD'S REPRESENTATIVE") to act for Landlord in all matters covered by this Work Letter Agreement: Tom Xxxxxxx. Xenant hereby appoints the following person(s) as Tenant's representative ("TENANT'S REPRESENTATIVE") to act for Tenant in all matters covered by this Work Letter Agreement: Georxx Xxxxxxxx. Xll communications with respect to the matters covered by this Work Letter Agreement are to made to Landlord's Representative or Tenant's Representative, as the case may be, in writing in compliance with the notice provisions of the Lease. Either party may change its representative under this Work Letter Agreement at any time by written notice to the other party in compliance with the notice provisions of the Lease.
Customer Representations Customer hereby represents and warrants that:
Tenant Representations Each person executing this Amendment on behalf of Tenant represents and warrants to Landlord that: (a) Tenant is properly formed and validly existing under the laws of the state in which Tenant is formed and Tenant is authorized to transact business in the state in which the Building is located; (b) Tenant has full right and authority to enter into this Amendment and to perform all of Tenant’s obligations hereunder; and (c) each person (and both persons if more than one signs) signing this Amendment on behalf of Tenant is duly and validly authorized to do so.
Additional Representation Section 3 is amended by the addition at the end thereof of the following additional representations (provided that the representation in Section 3(h) will be made by Party A only):
Client Representations Client represents and warrants to Consultant that;
Independent Representation Each party hereto acknowledges and agrees that it has received or has had the opportunity to receive independent legal counsel of its own choice and that it has been sufficiently apprised of its rights and responsibilities with regard to the substance of this Agreement.
