Installation Inspection Clause Samples

The Installation Inspection clause establishes the process and standards for reviewing and approving installed work or equipment. Typically, it requires the completed installation to be examined by a designated party, such as the client or an independent inspector, to ensure it meets contractual specifications and quality requirements. This clause helps verify that the installation is performed correctly before final acceptance or payment, thereby reducing the risk of defects and disputes over workmanship.
