Installation, Design, and Maintenance. The Customer-Generator shall design, install, operate, and maintain the SSRG system, and all ancillary facilities on the Customer-Generator's side of the Point of Delivery, specified in Appendix B, in accordance with the Requirements for Grid Interconnection of Renewable Generation Systems and all governmental laws and regulations which may be applicable from time to time.
