Installation/Deinstallation Sample Clauses
The Installation/Deinstallation clause defines the responsibilities and procedures for setting up and removing equipment, systems, or materials at a specified location. It typically outlines which party is responsible for performing the installation or deinstallation, the standards or methods to be followed, and any requirements for restoring the site to its original condition after removal. This clause ensures that both parties understand their obligations regarding the physical handling of assets, thereby preventing disputes over property condition and clarifying liability for any damages or costs incurred during these processes.
