INSTALLATION AND INTEGRATION. Any CoreFiling Software which has been installed by a non-accredited engineer will not be eligible for CoreFiling Support, even when CoreFiling is in receipt of Maintenance Fee for that particular piece of CoreFiling Software. Where a solution has been installed be a non-accredited engineer, CoreFiling will reinstall the relevant Software and the current standard time and materials rate. Any services required will be delivered between Monday β Friday (excluding UK Bank Holidays), between 9am and 6pm. Out of hours working arrangements are available upon request at additional cost and must be agreed in advance.
