Insperity Clause Samples

The 'Insperity' clause typically refers to provisions in agreements involving Insperity, a professional employer organization (PEO) that provides HR and administrative services to businesses. This clause outlines the roles, responsibilities, and obligations of Insperity as a co-employer, such as handling payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws for the client company’s employees. By clearly defining the scope of Insperity’s services and the division of responsibilities between the client and Insperity, the clause helps ensure legal compliance and operational clarity, reducing the risk of misunderstandings or liability issues.
