Inspection Sampling Plan Sample Clauses
An Inspection Sampling Plan clause defines the procedures and criteria for selecting and examining a representative subset of goods or materials from a larger batch to assess quality or compliance. Typically, this clause outlines the sampling method, the size of the sample, and the acceptance criteria for determining whether the entire batch meets contractual standards. By establishing a systematic approach to inspection, the clause helps ensure product quality while reducing the need for exhaustive examination, thereby saving time and resources and minimizing disputes over defective goods.
