Inspection by the Province. 11.02 The Province shall, following receipt of the Contractor's request for inspection and acceptance, promptly inspect and determine the acceptability of the Work performed in the Payment Area. Work shall be inspected in accordance with the Contract Documents. The Province is not obliged to make any determination of acceptability before receiving the written request.
