Inspection and Analysis. 7.1 Inspection by Helsinn. Helsinn will analyze each API lot for compliance with the Specifications. Helsinn will send to Indevus a certificate of analysis and a certificate of compliance (together with any other documentation required under the Quality Technical Agreement) prior to each shipment of API and will not release any shipment for delivery unless and until it receives from Indevus an authorization for release based on such certificates and other documents required under the Quality Technical Agreement.
Inspection and Analysis. 8.1 Inspection by ▇▇▇▇▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ will analyze each Product lot for compliance with the Specifications set forth in Schedule ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ will send to CEPHALON a certificate of analysis and a certificate of release (together with any other documentation required under the Quality Manual ) prior to, or together with, each shipment of Product. In this regard, ABBOTT agrees to retain all records and documents necessary to fulfill the requirements established by all applicable regulatory agencies.
Inspection and Analysis. CTLR agrees to provide verification through its database of registration records of cattle presented by the Licensee for inclusion. The CTLR in performing certification services may use visual inspection of the cattle, DNA analysis, or CTLR’s registration records to identify cattle eligible to be certified as Texas Longhorn Beef.

(b) not in compliance with all manufacturing procedures, in-process controls, testing, specifications, containers and storage conditions, as set forth in Gensia Sicor's NDA for the Product, or any subsequent amendments thereto;
(c) not manufactured in accordance with cGMPs;
Inspection and Analysis. Seller shall complete CCIC Inspection at the loading port and costs shall be borne by the Seller. Buyer shall complete CIQ Inspection at the unloading port and costs shall be borne by the Buyer. Seller has the right to send a responsible person to oversee the CIQ inspection. ▇▇▇▇▇ also has the right to send a responsible person to oversee the CCIC inspection at loading port and endorse the certification. Any discrepancy will be negotiated or arbitrated. However, should the difference between Buyer’s and Seller’s results be not more than 0.3% per DMT, no adjustment shall be required, the final official commercial invoice will be issued as per the results of CIQ certificates.
