Common use of Inspection; Access Clause in Contracts

Inspection; Access. A. Lessor may, at all reasonable times, by itself or its duly authorized agents, go upon and inspect the Premises and every part thereof and/or at its option to make repairs, alterations and additions to the Premises or the building of which the Premises is a part, without materially interfering with the operation of Lessee's business. Provided, however, that Lessor agrees that it will not enter upon the Premises for repairs except during business hours, without the consent of Lessee, unless said repairs are of an emergency nature.

Provided, however, that Lessor agrees that it they will not enter upon the Premises Premise for repairs except during normal business hours, without the consent of Lessee, hours unless said repairs are of an emergency nature.
