Common use of Insolvency of the Customer Clause in Contracts

Insolvency of the Customer. At any time when the Customer is Insolvent, the Water Entity may suspend any or all of the rights of the Customer under this Irrigation Right without prejudice to any other rights the Water Entity may have under this agreement or otherwise.
