Insolvency of a Certificateholder. The insolvency or other similar incapacity of a Certificateholder shall not (i) operate to terminate this Deposit Trust Agreement, (ii) entitle the Certificateholder's legal representatives to claim an accounting or to take any action in any court for a partition or winding up of the Trust Estate or (iii) otherwise affect the rights, obligations and liabilities of the parties hereto.
