Inquiries from Data Subjects Clause Samples

The "Inquiries from Data Subjects" clause outlines the responsibilities of a party in responding to questions or requests from individuals regarding their personal data. Typically, this clause requires the party to promptly notify the other party if they receive any such inquiries and to cooperate in providing necessary information or assistance to address the data subject's concerns. Inquiries from Data Subjects. 6.1. If a data subject contacts Anexia with demands pursuant to Chapter III GDPR (e.g. requesting correction, deletion or information), Anexia shall refer the data subject to the Client, insofar as it is possible to associate the data subject with the Client from the information provided. Anexia shall immediately forward the data subject’s application to the Client. Anexia shall support the Client to the best of its ability and according to the instructions of the Client, unless otherwise agreed in the Contracts. 6.2. Anexia shall not be liable if the request of the data subject is not answered, not answered correctly or not answered promptly by the Client.
Inquiries from Data Subjects. The Processor shall notify the Controller of the data subject's inquiries, forward them and, if necessary (if the query is related to the Processor's systems and the Controller does not have all the necessary information) help to respond to them;
Inquiries from Data Subjects. (a) The Data Processor shall implement technical and organizational measures to assist the Data Controller in responding to inquiries regarding the exercise of the Data Subjects' rights.
