Innovative Contracting Program Manager. The Innovative Contracting Program Manager is responsible for developing and updating CDOT’s policies and procedures for project delivery methods outside the realm of Design-Bid-Build (e.g. Design-Build and Construction Manager/General Contractor). This position also provides technical assistance in determining the most appropriate project delivery method and development of procurement documents. This position resides in the Project Development Branch.
