Innovation and Transformation. Supplier shall make available to Allianz, no less than twice per year, information sessions on new tools, trends, processes and other items inherently relevant to the Services. On an ongoing basis, Allianz and the Supplier agree the Supplier shall participate in value added services including, but not limited to, collaboration on roadmaps, process improvements, implementation solutions, identifying automation opportunities, optimizing the engagement model, improving the quality of deliverables and influencing across the Allianz organization as appropriate.
