Inland Transit. In respect of the transit Excess under Section 1 (if any), such Excess shall apply to Insured Property in the course of loading of the Insured Property, whilst in transit, including incidental storage until unloading at the point of discharge at the final destination.
Inland Transit. If a transit Excess is specified in the Schedule, such Excess shall apply to Insured Property in the course of loading of the Insured Property, whilst in transit, including any incidental storage and until unloaded at the final destination.
Inland Transit. The insurer shall indemnify the insured up to the limit of indemnity specified in the schedule in respect of loss of or damage to property insured whilst in transit within the territorial limits including loading and unloading. This cover shall not extend to loss of or damage to property insured whilst in transit by sea or by air.

It is agreed and understood that otherwise subject to the terms, exclusions, provisions and conditions contained in the policy or endorsed thereon, the policy shall be extended to cover insured's Plant & Machinery and spares but excluding stock, finished goods and raw materials, whilst in transit within the territorial limits of India subject to: • Damage caused as a result of perils covered under the policy and forming part of the property insured. • Provided that the insured property is suitably packed and/ or prepared for transit which shall also be deemed to include stowage. • Provided that the maximum amount payable under this extension shall not exceed as specified in policy schedule per transit. • Provided that it is not indemnifiable under a more specific policy. Deductible for this cover would be % of the consignment value subject to minimum of Rs. per transit. The cover is restricted to property damage only and consequential loss of any kind is not covered.
