Common use of Inland Revenue Approved Options Clause in Contracts

Inland Revenue Approved Options. If this Option is granted under the Inland Revenue approved sub-plan, the Exercise Price per Share is the Fair Market Value on the trading day preceding the Grant Date. The maximum aggregate value of all Inland Revenue approved Options held by the Employee at any one time may not exceed £30,000. If the £30,000 threshold is met, any additional Options granted to the Employee will be standard non-qualified Options.
