INJUNCTIVE REMEDY FOR BREACH. The parties agree that irreparable damage could occur if any provision of this Agreement is not performed in accordance with its specific terms or is otherwise breached. The parties accordingly agree that the party not in breach shall be entitled to injunction to prevent breaches of this Agreement and to enforce specifically the terms and provisions hereof in addition to any other right or remedy provided hereunder or at law or in equity.
