Except as otherwise provided in this Arbitration section, any claim will be resolved exclusively by arbitration pursuant to this Arbitration section and the Institute of Arbitrators and Mediators Australia Fast Track Arbitration Rules (the “rules”) of the Institute of Arbitrators and Mediators Australia (the “administrator”) or its successors or a replacement administrator. Prior to the initiation of any claim we have the right to change or replace the administrator and the rules at our sole discretion. Unless the parties agree upon an arbitrator, either party may request a nomination from either the President or the Chapter Chairman of the Chapter where the claim arises.
