Initial Wave Case Registration Date. The initial deadline for submission of Wave Case Registration Forms shall be three (3) months from the Reference Date established by the MSA. Such deadline shall be called the Initial Wave Case Registration Date. The Wave Case Registration Date may be extended by agreement of the Parties.
