Initial Water Availability. Upon completion of the Bardstown Interconnect and Pump Station Project, the Seller shall furnish to the Purchaser such quantities of water as the Purchaser may require at the point of delivery hereinafter specified, but not to exceed 400 gallons per minute or 500,000 gallons per day.
