INITIAL TRUSTEES; ELECTION AND NUMBER OF TRUSTEES. The initial Trustee shall be the person named in the Trust’s certificate of trust. The number of Trustees (other than any initial Trustee(s)) shall be fixed from time to time by a majority of the Trustees; provided, however, that there shall be at least one (1) Trustee. Shareholders shall not be entitled to elect Trustees except as required by the 1940 Act or under this Declaration of Trust.
