Initial Trustee. Upon his execution of this Declaration of Trust or a counterpart hereof or some other writing in which he accepts such Trusteeship and agrees to the provisions hereof, the individual whose signature is affixed hereto as Initial Trustee shall become the Initial Trustee hereof.
Initial Trustee. Until the Administrative Agent shall give to US Bank a Trustee Termination Notice, US Bank is hereby designated as, and hereby agrees to perform the duties and obligations of, Trustee pursuant to the terms hereof and of the other Transaction Documents to which it, as Trustee, is a party.
