Initial timetable. Scope of Work -- As soon as possible after the formation of the Joint Venture, Marine Drive Mobile shall provide Pay2Gate with a list detailing the range of tasks to be completed by Marine Drive Mobile in order to program the Technology. With respect to the first such task, Marine Drive Mobile shall include an estimate of the number of man-hours and total cost required to complete such task and an estimated date of completion for such task.
