Initial Tenn. The initial term of this Lease (“Initial Tern”) shall be as set forth in Section 1.1(5).
Initial Tenn. This Agreement shall become effective as of the date first written above ("Effective Date") and shall continue thereafter throughout the period that ends two (2) years after the Effective Date (the "Initial Term").
