Initial Software Clause Samples
The "Initial Software" clause defines the specific software or version that is being provided or licensed at the outset of an agreement. Initial Software. The table on Exhibit A attached hereto sets forth the aggregate invoice amounts for initial annual maintenance fees for each Software module initially licensed, and for all Software modules initially licensed in the aggregate. Licensee shall be required to submit a purchase order for this Agreement, in the amount of the initial annual maintenance fees due hereunder, simultaneously with Licensee’s submission of its purchase order for the license of the Software under the ▇▇▇▇.
Initial Software. Initial Software" means the first version of the ---------------- Software delivered to Distributor pursuant to this Agreement, together with any modifications thereof delivered to remedy any non-compliance with the warranties under Paragraphs 1.1 through 1.5 of Schedule 5.
Initial Software.
