Common use of Initial Settlement Amount Clause in Contracts

Initial Settlement Amount. (a) On the Initial Settlement Date, the Ceding Company shall transfer to the Funds Withheld Account and/or the ModCo Deposit (in accordance with the Allocation Percentage) an amount equal to [Redacted] (the “Initial Settlement Amount”) calculated based on the line items set forth in Schedule III-A, as agreed upon the parties in good faith on the Covered Business and the Reinsured Block
