Initial Servicers Sample Clauses

Initial Servicers. The servicing, administering and collection of the Receivables shall be conducted by the Person(s) designated from time to time as Servicer under this Agreement. Until such time following the occurrence of a Servicer Event of Default or an Amortization Event as Administrator shall notify Borrower in writing of the revocation of such power and authority, Borrower, Lender and Administrator hereby appoint each of U.S. Xpress and Global to act as a Servicer under the Transaction Documents.
