Initial Service Order. As Specified (Engineered or Non-Engineered) applies only to Complex Services for services migrating from GTE to RECONEX. Complex Services are services that require a data gathering form or has special instructions. Non-Engineered Initial Service Order - Changeover applies only to Basic Services for services migrating from GTE to RECONEX. End-user service may remain the same or change.
