Common use of Initial Selection of Services Clause in Contracts

Initial Selection of Services. Each Recipient shall designate on Exhibit II to the Agreement, which may be amended when additional services are offered, the services that it agrees to receive from ServiceCo. Designation may also be in the form of an opt-out where each company agrees to receive all services from ServiceCo except those specifically enumerated in Exhibit II.
