Initial Screening Test Clause Samples

Initial Screening Test. Current NIDA standards in effect at the time of collection, and as otherwise described in this policy shall be used for the immunoassay screening test which will be used to eliminate “negative” urine samples from further consideration. All samples that initially screen positive shall be stored until confirmation studies by gas chromatograph/mass spectrometry (GS/MS) are complete.
Initial Screening Test. A drug or alcohol test which uses a method of analysis approved by the Commissioner as being capable of providing data as to the general classes of drugs, alcohol, or their metabolites.
