Initial Review Process Clause Samples
The Initial Review Process clause establishes the procedures and criteria for evaluating a submission, application, or proposal at the outset of an agreement or project. Typically, this clause outlines the steps for submitting required documents, the timeline for review, and the standards or benchmarks that must be met for approval to proceed to the next phase. By clearly defining how and when the initial review occurs, this clause ensures transparency, sets expectations for both parties, and helps prevent misunderstandings or delays early in the process.
