Common use of Initial Review Completion Clause in Contracts

Initial Review Completion. The Contractor will complete its initial review by: 4.1.6.1 Transmitting a copy of the DPD Correction Notice to the applicant’s contact person 4.1.6.2 Emailing a copy of the DPD Correction Notice to the DPD Project Lead; 4.1.6.3 Returning the Plan Set with a copy of the DPD Correction Notice attached to DPD within one day of the Contractor’s email of the Correction Notice. The Contractor shall retain all other parts of the Application Package until the Contactor approved the Application pursuant to Section 4.2.4.
