Common use of Initial Resolution Clause in Contracts

Initial Resolution. The affected parties to this Agreement shall, at a minimum, ensure the attempted early resolution of conflicts relating to such matters. Early resolution shall be handled by direct discussion between CYMPO – ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ as Project Manager and the Consultant’s Project manager or equivalent identified in Exhibit “A” hereto. This consultation shall occur within fifteen (15) days of the determination of a dispute.
