Initial Representatives. Within thirty (30) days of the Operations Date, each PTO shall appoint its representative and alternate and provide written notice thereof to the other PTOs and to the ISO. Subsequent to the Operations Date, an entity that becomes a PTO pursuant to Section 11.05 of this Agreement shall appoint its representative and alternate and provide written notice to the other PTOs within thirty (30) days after becoming a PTO.
